The Company that produces the mineral water refuted the accusations and promised to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights to reinstate the Company’s reputation.

This is an infringement upon the RA property”, responded “Jermuk Group” Company then, trying to find a political context in it.

Today the “A1+” tried to find out from the Company whether they had appealed to the European Court to reinstate their rights or not. “We haven’t appealed yet”, was the answer. In the result of tax checking at “Bjni” mineral water Company belonging to the family if the NA Deputy Khachatur Sukiasyan, the company is closed, which is of great benefit for the other company producing mineral water.
