Support A1+!“Ashot Sargsian had better study Law “on Advocacy.” People should respect their professions instead of making indecent announcements,” Chairman of the Advocatory Chamber Ruben Sahakian said with regard to Ashot Sargsian’s announcement.
According to advocate Sargsian, Ruben Sahakian tries to “delude the case of Royal Armenia.”
Reminder: October 25 Ashot Sargsian got a letter with Sahakian’s signature according to which he was to submit data on his legal status.
“Under the Law “on Advocacy” an advocate is entitled but not obliged to choose a legal-organizing status. It is not obligatory,” Enoq Azarian, the Chairman of Board of Experts of the Advocatory Chamber said.
According to Enoq Azarian the law foresees cases when an advocate can carry out his professional duties gratis. Advocate's profession has its peculiarities, he said.
