“MORE PEOPLE NEXT TIME”
Support A1+!Today the RA Government ignored the protest action of the citizens who were unjustly deprived of their properties. No Government representative came out to talk to the demonstrators.
The demonstrators ensure that more people will gather in front of the Government building next time, although they anticipate absolutely nothing from the Government. “More people will join us next time. The residents of other streets that have not participated in our actions will also join us. They do not trust the authorities any more and will join our action. We do not believe in their promises”, says the Chairman of the “Protection of Property Rights” NGO Vachagan Hakobyan.
According to him, they have already decided who they will support during the presidential elections, but they want “the nation to believe that these authorities are the evil and should resign”.
If the Government does not respond, the Prime Minister and the Yerevan Mayor do not meet them, next week the demonstrators will disseminate another announcement regarding their new strategy.
