People have to walk attentively in Yerevan streets as icicles hanging from building facades can fall on their heads at any moment.
“Accidents seem to be inevitable. If you walk in the street you can be knocked down by a vehicle. And if you walk near buildings you may stumble on an icy pavement. Besides, an icicle may fall onto your head in broad daylight,” Yerevan civilian Abraham Movsisyan said to A1+.
The City Hall is constantly ensuring that they are well prepared for the winter but our fellow citizens doubt their words.

Many think the City Hall had better remove icicles from buildings lest they cause fatal accident as was the case with Vahan Burnazyan’s neighbor who received a brain concussion because of an icicle last year.
