Armenia’s football combined team of under 17 failed in the 1st selection tour of European Championship. Our team sustained defeats in all the 3 selection games. It lost in the games with Turkey and Wales teams by 1:2 both and with Holland team by 1:6.

There were expectations from under 17 team since all the conditions necessary had been provided for it to get prepared for the selection tour well. The young football players headed by Armen Gyulbudaghyantc have trained, including abroad since April.

Failure proves that it is necessary to look for new football players of under 17in Armenia and to work with them hard.
