From the Higher League only “Lernayin Artsakh” has not made the payment, and from the First League – 9 teams, among which “Ararat -2” is. Let us remind you that there were talks that “Lernayin Artsakh” and “Ararat-2” are financed by the same people, and today’s situation gives ground for those talks.
