The sport federations in Armenia gradually launch their websites. The Chess Federation launched its official website www.armchess.am long ago. Recently, the Armenian Football Federation also launched its official website www.ffa.am. The official website of the Armenian Basketball Federation was launched today www.basket.am. “I think this is a great present for the fans of the Armenian basketball, since the website allows us to get acquainted not only with the Armenian basketball, but also with the international basketball”, said the executive director of the Basketball Federation Vahagn Harutyunyan.
He mentioned that FIBA would also welcome the launch of the website. “All federations have their websites and that contributes to their activities”, said Mr Harutyunyan.
