ArmenTel is fined
Public Services Regulatory Commission decided to impose a fine of 8 million drams on ArmenTel Company, reports PSRC Spokesperson Mariam Stepanian.
The Company turns out to have failed to provide VoIP services to two companies.
The money paid by ArmenTel will be sent to the state budget.
