Drugs instead of jelly
The "Sevan" penitentiary closely examined the candies brought by prisoner A. Hovhannisyan's wife V. Shkhnazaryan on July 6. As a result, police found 1.2 grams of black drug with a special aroma in the candies.
According to V. Shakhnazaryan, the candies were given to her by an unknown citizen whom she had agreed to meet near the penitentiary.
On the same day at 10 p.m., prisoner Armen Kostanyan was searched by the police and as a result, police found 0.38 grams of black drugs and and a needle containing 0.2 grams of a solution.
Documents, drugs and liquids were sent to chemical examination and investigation is underway, as reported by the press speaker for head of the Penitentiary Department of the Justice Ministry.
