Will Hatspanyan be allowed to farewell his father?
The Young Conservatives Union of Armenia today addressed a letter to France's Ambassador to Armenia Serge Smesov.
Dear Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary,
The father of French citizen, political prisoner Sargis Hatspanian is at death's door. We expect you to exercise your right and urge the authorities to allow the political prisoners to farewell his father. We are hopeful that Armenian authorities will not be so rude as to reject France's humanitarian demand," the letter reads.
