Another protest took place in front of the government building on the day of the government's first session of 2010.

Protesters were Gohar Sargsyan, mother of soldier Tigran Ohanjanyan who died in unknown conditions in one of the RA military units; former political prisoner Vardges Gasparin and Svetlana Atoyan-mother of 25-year old Karine Atoyan who died in the hospital of Berd city in Tavush region.

Tigran Ohanjanyan's mother, Gohar Sargsyan, told "A1+" that the government finally got what it wanted. "They got rid of the verdict on the version of electrocution reached by the court yesterday and the prosecutor's work went down the drain. Now we have to start from scratch."

Let us remind that yesterday the first instance court of Gegharkunik region justified head of the military unit's communication section, captain Rostom Asatryan and assistant sergeant, contractual soldier Karen Tovmasyan, who are to blame for the so-called electrocution of Tigran Ohanjanyan.

Mrs. Gohar did not expect this verdict. "I thank the judge for being able to appreciate our 2-year struggle." She had come out to the government building today to show that she is going to be consistent and will not allow the start of another false preliminary investigation.

Svetlana Atoyan appealed to the European Court of Human Rights and corroborated her appeal by saying that "citizens' life is in danger." Let us remind that, according to the general doctor, Svetlana Atoyan's 25-year old pregnant daughter died after going through a Caesarian operation.
