To secure dignified service
The RA Ombudsman issued a congratulatory address on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the restructuring of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia:
"Eighteen years ago, the Armenian nation fulfilled its dream of having an independent country with the restructuring of the Armenian National Army, which is currently the guarantee for the country's achievements, peace and stability.
Today we can proudly say that serious reforms are being taken in all directions and I am certain that the ongoing reforms will fully secure the dignified service, welfare and combativeness of Armenian soldiers.
I congratulate the entire personnel of the RA Armed Forces on Armenian Army Day and wish them good health, unbreakable will and new successes in this responsible and honorable act," as stated in the address by Armen Harutyunyan.
