Murder in Artik
A man's body was found in Artik's sporting hall on January 26.
On arriving on the scene the task force found the body of Vahag Varagyan, 1989, near his car Opel Vectra with traces of torture.
The next day it became known that Vahag Varagyan had been stabbed and killed by Felix Charchyan, 1981. The latter is taken under arrest.
Investigation is underway.
