Coming to Yerevan empty
As during the previous rallies, buses coming from the regions to Yerevan are empty. These days mean "compulsory unemployment" for bus drivers coming especially from Kotayk region to Yerevan.
The microbuses from the cities of Abovyan, Hrazdan, Byureghavan and Nor Hatchn come empty to Yerevan and leave full.
"You know, we're already used to this. If we know a rally is scheduled, we try to see what we can do in one week time, find a friend or talk with a taxi driver to come to Yerevan with a couple of people because we can't miss class," resident of Abovyan Lusine told "A1+". Resident of Byureghavan Seda said she had come to the bus-stop and found out that there was a rally today.
"When I saw there was no transportation, I already knew that there was going to be a rally. At first, we used to protest. But now we simply ignore these authorities because they can't hold power for long," she said.
As reported by the office of the Armenian National Congress, at the moment there are a couple of alarms that there are no buses coming from Hoktemberyan, Vanadzor, Ashtarak and Vanatur to Yerevan. In addition, police are stopping the flow of transportation to Yerevan.
Let us remind that today at 6 p.m. the Armenian National Congress will hold a rally near the Matenadaran, which will be followed by a march.
