Judge of the Administrative Court Karine Baghdasaryan will examine the claim filed by 7, 230 citizens against the gas inflation through a written procedure.
Press secretary of the Cassation Court Alina Yengoyan informed "A1+" that the date of the session has not been scheduled yet. However, according to the law, the date of the session must be scheduled, the session must be held and a verdict must be reached within 4 months after the date of case approval.
Let us remind that on April 6, representatives of HAK (Armenian National Congress) filed a claim to the Administrative Court against the groundless gas inflation.
Starting from April 1, RA citizens pay 132,000 drams for 1,000 cubic meters of gas compared to the previous 96,000 drams, while large consumers pay 243.13 dollars compared to the previous 215 dollars.
