Prisoner jumped from the window
Gagik Ghazaryan, 49, who is charged with drug circulation (Part 2, Article 268 of the RA Penal Code) jumped from the 2nd floor of Kentron and Nork Marash districts' first instance court hall on May 17 at 6 p.m.
According to the police, he wasn't able to escape due to foot and hip injuries and was transferred to "St. Gregory Illuminator" medical center.
Ghazinyan didn't regain consciousness and died at the hospital on May 18 at 12:20 a.m.
Preliminary investigation is underway.
