HCA Vanadzor Office files action against Defence Ministry
The RA Administrative Court is due to hear a claim of the Helsinki Citizens' Assembly Vanadzor Office against the RA Defence Ministry on June 15.
On March 15, 2010, the HCA Vanadzor Office requested the Ministry to give the list of organizations supplying the Ministry with food, fuel and stationery.
By a letter of March 26, 2010, the Ministry refused to provide the information arguing that the information was confidential and could not be revealed.
