Armenia suffered four losses as a result of an Azeri diversion at the contact line on June 18.

Today A1+ tried to know the opinion of Yerevan citizens on Azerbaijani's subversive act.

Isahak Nersisyan says Armenia needn't turn a blind eye to Azerbaijan's sabotage as the latter can unleash war at any moment.

"No one can read Azerbaijan's thoughts but evidently the war is not favourable for either side. Perhaps, Azerbaijan wants to threaten Armenia with a war but I am sure that Azerbaijanis fear war," said Vladimir Ter-Ghazaryan.

Most of our respondents said Azerbaijan's step was mere provocation. "Azerbaijan will never make war against Armenia. Armenia has a mighty army and is on good terms with Russia which is a huge obstacle for Azerbaijan. This is the main reason for Aliyev's escape from Saint Petersburg," they said.

Vahagn Stepanyan thinks Armenia should raise the issue of recent unexpected attack at an international level.
"I think Armenia should not retreat as innocent boys fell victim to the Azeri subversion. Armenia should not sit with folded hands. We must counterattack," said Manik Ghazaryan.

Musician Manyak Kharazyan disagreed with her saying all conflicts should be resolved through peaceful talks.
"We have already experienced grief and sorrow. A whole generation was lost and I don't long for its repetition," said Mrs. Kharazyan.
