H. Manukyan opens website
"Effective struggle against against corruption is possible if the society has a clear social order and the political leadership has the will to eradicate this evil at all levels." The author of these words is the former chair of the RA Cassation Court Hovhannes Manukyan.
Manukyan's ideas are already available on his personal website (www.hmanoukian.com) which contains information on his activity, publications, etc.
