55 mln drams allocated to Armenian children
Since 2007, HSBC's global programme Future First has helped over 1500 Armenian children from vulnerable families.
To date, the USD 10 million programme has benefitted about 344,000 street children, children in care and orphans from 45 countries.
In total, AMD 55 million has been directed towards the implementation of education projects in Armenia through local NGOs.
Among the grant application winners are: 2010 - "Liarzhek Kyanq" and "Future is Yours"; 2009 - "Children of Armenia Fund" (COAF); 2008 - "Junior Achievement of Armenia" (JAA).
