Heritage parliamentary group suggests considering Armenian law on obligatory car insurance as invalid. Today, the faction has come up with a legislative initiative.

Heritage argues that the law conflicts with the country's Organic Law, which defines the principles of legal regulation across the Republic of Armenia.

"Restrictions of freedoms and rights of physical and legal entities, the types of taxes, customs and other mandatory payments and the order of payment must be defined by RA Laws," reads a Heritage statement.

"On the one hand, the law implies additional expenses, on the other hand, it ensures superprofit for some economic entities," says the party.
