Letter to Prime Minister
Head of the "Heritage" faction Stepan Safaryan has addressed an official letter to RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan with the request for information regarding the proceedings of the joint notice on urgent issues in the sphere of fishery written by the "Heritage", "ARF", "Orinats Yerkir" (Country of Law) and "Bargavach Hayastan" (Prosperous Armenia) factions. The notice was sent to the government on November 29.
Let us remind that the four factions of the National Assembly, including "Heritage", "ARF", "Orinats Yerkir" and "Bargavach Haysatan", have proposed the following to the RA Prime Minister:
1. Terminate inspections of the competent bodies in the sphere of fishery for a temporary period since there are three RA draft laws regulating the sphere on the agenda of the RA National Assembly and parliamentary hearings are scheduled in December.
2. Organize a joint discussion with the participation of interested parties, state bodies and NA factions to observe the issues related to changing the significance of land categories, the selection of the types of measuring water use, water removal and development of the sphere.
