Gladunchik to hold another office
On January 17, the board of directors of the "Electric Networks of Armenia" CJSC appointed Yevgeni Alexey Bibin the general manager of the company and he will be in office starting today. Yevgeni Anatoli Gladunchik will hold a high office at "INTER RAO EES" OSJC, as reported by the "Electric Networks of Armenia".
Mr. Bibin, 47, has graduated from the Institute of Industry in Rudni, Kazakhstan. Since the 1990s, he has held a number of offices at "Kustanayenergo" and has been the general manager at "Bryanskenergo" since 2002.
Before his appointment to the office of general manager of the "Electric Networks of Armenia", he was the general manager of "Volgogradenergo".
According to the press release, "INTER RAO EeS" OJSC is the owner of 100% of shares of the "Electric Networks of Armenia".
