The dogs will be killed
By the decision of the Kapan community's Council of Elders, 990,000 drams has been allocated for the fight against wandering dogs. The Council of Elders has set 3,300 drams for one dog.
The wandering dogs will be killed at night twice a week throughout the month. Local television stations have already broadcast announcements to inform and warn the public and the police have been notified.
