Wedding gowns cost a lot of money nowadays. However, if you have a creative mind and ten toilet papers, you can make one yourself.

This is the main prerequisite for participating in the Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest organized by Cheap Chic Weddings. The brides-to-be must design and make a unique dress and headpiece using nothing but toilet paper, glue and tape.

Dresses are judged on creativity, originality, beauty and, of course, the use of toilet paper. Everyone can participate in the contest by sending the photo of the dress to Cheap Chic Weddings.

Elvis Presley to become honorary citizen of Budapest

Elvis Presley is to be declared an honorary citizen of Hungary's capital city Budapest, 34 years after he died.
The King of Rock 'n' Roll is also going to have a major city landmark named after him.

The public will be able to vote online in order to choose one of a possible 12 locations.
Sites include street crossings, and a small square near the Margaret Bridge which connects Buda and Pest across the Danube.

Mayor of the city, Istvan Tarlos, said: 'The reasons for honouring Elvis are not sentimental but political.'
Budapest wants to recognise the support Presley gave to Hungary in the short-lived anti-Soviet revolution in October 1956.

During Presley's last performance on the Ed Sullivan Show on January 6, 1957, the star performed the gospel song Peace In The Valley as a tribute to the Hungarian troubles.

The voting is set for March 15.
