MP against “Yerkir”
National Assembly MP Tigran Arzakantsyan has filed a lawsuit against "Yerkir" editorial office LTD for publishing information that hurts his honor and dignity.
According to his appeal, Tigran Arzakantsyan demands confiscating 3,000,000 drams from "Yerkir" editorial office, as well as 568,000 drams for paying his attorney and covering other expenses.
The trial will be held on March 25 at 12 p.m. at the general jurisdiction court of Kentron and Nork-Marash districts.
