On April 20-30, Moscow will host a festival of Karabakh cuisine to familiarize local gourmets with the rich cuisine of the Artsakh Republic. The festival will take place in one of the city's cafes.

For ten days, Gayane Brehova, a prominent restaurateur in Moscow, will present "jingle or jingala bread" -local bread with greens inside which can be found nowhere in Armenia. Brehova will be assisted by cooks from Karabakh.
The secrets of making jingala bread are passed from one generation to the other. The guests will also be treated with red bean paste, garlic purslane, fried aveluk, Karabakh gata, tan and and thyme tea.

Vladimir Karapetyan, the winner of the 2010 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, will perform during the opening ceremony.
