Emergency evacuation
Occupants of a building in Meghri (a city in Southern Armenia, in Syunik Marz) were evacuated after local rescuers sounded alarm on possible collapse of iron and concrete columns.
The nine-storey building was constructed in 1987. It has 36 apartments and 130 occupants. A family of five members refused to leave the building.
