“Do not impose unreasonable fines on entrepreneurs”
Individual entrepreneurs in Charentsavan (a city in Kotayk Marz) continue protests against increased taxes.
Today they gathered in the city square with posters: "Keep your hands off small and medium-sized businesses," "Stop terrorizing entrepreneurs!"
Earlier, deputy head of the State Revenue Committee Armen Alaverdyan promised to meet the businesspeople to discuss the matter. The meeting was arranged by Heritage Party MPs. However, the meeting did not take place, for the entrepreneurs were 15 minutes late for the appointment.
The protesters urge the government to make the taxes complaint with their income and lift unwarranted penalties.
The action was attended by employees of bridal, floral and other salons.
