No discount for kiwis
The RA State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition has instigated a case against Fresh Company for possible violation of the law. As the press service of the Commission reported, Fresh has deals for selling certain products with special discounts.
As part of the deal from May 4 to 17, customers were given flyers stating the discounted products and that 3 kiwis were sold for 375 drams, while one of the customers purchased 3 kiwis for 510 drams on May 10.
Throughout the investigation, the Commission will conduct studies at the supermarket to find out to what extent the prices of products correspond to the conditions mentioned in the advertisement.
