Case for decaying health
A criminal case has been instigated for improper fulfillment of obligations and carelessness on the part of doctors at "Surp Astvatsamayr" medical center, reported the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
Let us remind that on May 3, instead of conducting an operation on citizen of Etchmiadzin city of Armavir province G. Movsisyan (born in 2004), doctors at "Surp Astvatsamayr" medical center conducted an operation on resident of Akhuryan village of Shirak province N. Darbinyan (born in 2006).
The doctors conducted an operation for no reason and caused long-term decay of N. Darbeinyan's health.
The RA Police Shengavit investigative department instigated a case with the attributes of Article 130 of the RA Criminal Code.
