To be fined?
The results of the administrative case against four shipping companies will be presented during the session of the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition tomorrow.
During the session, the members of the Commission will present the draft resolution on bringing the shipping companies to justice.
On April 6, in relation to possible violations of the law, the Commission instigated an administrative case against 4 cargo companies, including "Four Friends", "Prof Improtex", "Nanis" and "SOHO".
According to press releases, as well as traders' assurances, the above-mentioned companies raised the fee for traders importing products from Turkey and China earlier this year.
