The deadline for Regional Master's Program in Human Rights and Democratization in Armenia Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine 2011-2013 application submission has been extended up to 10 June 2011.

Along with the deadline extension the admission requirements have been amended. The English Language Proficiency Test (TOEFL, IELTS) Score will not be a specific requirement for admission. Instead, interviews with shortlisted candidates will be held in English.

The Regional Master's Program in Human Rights and Democratization in Armenia, Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine is the sixth Regional Master's Program in Human Rights and Democratization established in different parts of the world with support from the European Commission.
The total cost of the grant is 1,276,000 Euros and lasts 3 years.

The Master's program is implemented by the leading universities of four Eastern Partnership-member states, including Yerevan State University (coordinator), Kiev University after Taras Shevchenko, Belarus State University and the European University of Political and Economic Studies in Moldova (USPEE).

The Regional Master's Program in Human Rights and Democratization was officially established in October 2010. Admission for the Master's program began on 10 May 2010 and the academic year will launch on September.
