Will City Petrol Group be punished?
The State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) filed administrative proceedings against "City Petrol Group" for abusing its position in the market.
After a recent study in the gasoline and diesel fuel market, the SCPEC revealed breaches by some companies. In particular, "City Petrol Group," a major stakeholder on the market, was found in breach of market regulations.
The company holds 41,76% share in the gasoline market and 40,8% share in the diesel fuel market.
