"Nairit" Factory has extended the deadline for submitting an application for management to June 30 with the purpose of letting those interested know more about the program, press secretary of the RA Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources Lusine Harutyunyan told "A1+".

Harutyunyan didn't mention how many applications had been submitted. According to her, the applications will be summed up on June 30 and the factory will select the best operator.

"Nairit" Factory has declared a development program for 2011-2019 and a contest.

"Nairit" Factory currently has foreign debts costing 120-130 million dollars and owes 20-25 million dollars to Armenian banks, energy generators and employees. The treasury employees have not received their salaries for four months now and don't know when they will receive them.
The British Rhinoville Property Limited owns 90% of "Nairit" Factory's shares and the Armenian government owns 10% of them.
