Citizens displeased with Ministry’s reply
On May 15, "Dignified transport" civil initiative submitted a written request to the Ministry of Transport and Communication asking for information on the expected changes in the transport sector [with the exception of metro].
"The requested information is available at www.mtc.am," Deputy Minister Armen Avetisyan said in a response letter.
"The deputy minister refrained from answering our request, thus violating our right to information. We are not interested in the amended transport legislation, but in the planned changes and reforms in the sphere,"- the civil initiative said in a statement.
