Case against former governor
According to the case of the RA Special Investigative Service, former governor of Ararat province Vardges Hovakimyan has been charged with Part 1 of Articles 308 and 38-314, Part 2 of Article 315 for misuse of official powers, motivating official falsification and official ineptness. The precautionary measure is a signature not to leave.
The preliminary inquiry of the case is underway, reports the RA Special Investigative Service.
