Several residents of building #15 on Alek Manoogian Street accidentally met well-known duduk player Jivan Gasparyan when he was leaving his villa for a press conference to give clarifications of his neighbors' discontent.

The residents complain that their neighbor is taking advantage of his reputation and is trying to turn the small playground into a road that will make it easier for him to reach the major street.

The duduk player was forced to demand that people stop gossiping about him. Resident Hasmik Alexanyan noted that her children play in that playground and asked how they would be able to play with the passing of cars.

Jivan Gasparyan said the road that leads to building #15 on Alex Manoogian Street and the seventh Aygestan Street are very packed due to students' cars.

The Culture Faculty of the Pedagogical University is located behind the buildings, and Jivan Gasparyan has built his villa right in front of that. The residents noted that those cars didn't bother them.

The duduk player added that nobody should mention his name. "Do whatever you want. What I said was for improvement. I am neither a mayor nor a district head. I have nothing to do with placing or removing. I don't want anything. Don't mention my name."

Do you refuse to build that road? In response, Jivan Gasparyan said he needed the road, but would leave it up to them to think about how they are going to give the road.

Before meeting with the residents, the residents recalled that before the construction of the villa in 2004, the maestro had announced that the building to be built in place of the yard would be a school for orphan duduk players. However, now it is a villa with three garages.
