“Armenia is you” photo contest winners announced
Nver Ghazaryan has been named the winner of "Armenia is You" photo contest dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Armenia.
The contest was announced on August 29. During the 18 days of the contest, organizers received 214 photos from Armenia and abroad. The participants were to express the "idea of independence" in their works. In Ghazaryan's photo the idea is embodied in a child who is holding a flag of Armenia.
First and foremost important criterion for organizers was the content of the image and the author's creative approach. The photo contest was open to professionals and amateurs.
The professional jury chose three best photos whose authors will receive a certificate and prizes with the "Armenia is you" slogan. A special prize will be awarded to Armen Ghazaryan for the photo that received the most "likes" in Facebook.
