As reported by the Seismic Defense Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, an earthquake with a 3.1 magnitude struck 12 km east of Karvatchar village in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic at 21:33 local time. The force at the epicenter was 4 points.
The earthquake was felt in Vardenis with a 3 point force.
