Exclusive performance
The French LaTransplanisfer organization and Hamazgayin Theater present the greatest theater project in the region.
On October 21-29, French, Turkish, German and Armenian actors will perform the play called "Inheritors" by Paris-based playwright Sedef Eser, who is of Turkish origin.
"This is a dialogue about a common idea in different languages. It is a story about the Armenian Genocide that is remembered by the generations," theater director Vardan Mkrtchyan said.
Director Bruno Freisine says he is interested in geopolitical performances. According to him, one of the important objectives is to present the issues related to Turkey's EU integration and the Armenian Genocide. Freisine also said how impressed he was by his conversation with Henri Vernon when he was 18 years old and how he had taken an interview from Metr.
Bruno Freisine also shared the story of how he met Sedef Eser, who revealed the reality only at the age of 25, rebelled and decided to write about all this.
The performance will be held at the Aquarium Theater in Paris, as well as in Berlin and Istanbul.
