Mother recognized as insane
Rosa Aloyan, who killed her two children, has been recognized as insane.
RA Police news service employee Sevak Militonyan told "A1+" that the regular forensic psychiatry and forensic psychology commission has come to the conclusion that it is necessary to recognize Rosa Aloyan as insane for the crime that she was charged with.
"Rosa Aloyan suffers from schizophrenia," Militonyan informed, adding that the preliminary investigation body will instigate a case for applying medical measures and will send the case to the court.
On September 6, resident of Ararat province Rosa Aloyan hung her children, including 6-year old Vardan and 4-year old Hayk.
Rosa Aloyan is currently at the Nubarashen psychiatric center.
