Magnetic storm to hit Earth Nov 12
A magnetic storm is expected to hit Earth on November 12. However, David Melkonyan, a geophysicist at ArmStateHydroMet Company, says there is no need to panic; the storm will only affect sensitive people.
Then he recalled a mighty geomagnetic stormwhich de-energized America a few years ago.
"Strong magnetic storm can break planes, satellites and other high-precision equipment," said the geophysicist.
According to ArmStateHydroMet, the magnetic field will be unstable on Saturday.
