Cut others’ water supply for a pipeline
On November 15, water supply was completely stopped in the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 8th masses of Nor Nork, partially in the 9th mass of Nor Nork, A, B, Mayak, Banavan and Bagrevand districts in Jrvezh, Jrvezh village, as well as several sectors of Charents, Duryan and Khudyakov districts of Avan, reports YerevanWater.
The lack of water supply is due to a problem with the water pipeline on Katnaghpyur-Yerevan highway 4 after an accident that took place not far from Balahovit.
According to initial data, to build a water pipeline for a storage located near the area, a construction firm dug a water pipeline that leads toward Katnaghpyur-Yerevan water pipeline N3, but that has damaged water pipeline N4 located near it. The N 4 water pipeline supplied 400 liters of water to the above mentioned areas in one second.
The water pipeline has stopped functioning.
The construction firm is helping YerevanWater CJSC take measures to restore the water pipeline and restore water supply to the above mentioned areas by the evening of November 16.
YerevanWater doesn't release the name of the construction firm.
