Man found in helpless condition inside his apartment
The police in Yerevan received a report on Thursday that one of the residents of Margaryan street was not answering the door or phone.
On arriving at the scene, rescuers opened the door and found M. Arakelyan, 65, in a helpless state. The man was immediately taken to the "Armenia" Medical Center.
