ArmFood goes to court
Director of ArmFood Company of ASB Soft Ltd Boris Soghomonyan and his lawyer, Levon Baghdasaryan will go to court with the demand to recognize as invalid the decision on suspending food production. The decision was taken by the state food safety service of the RA Ministry of Agriculture.
During today's press conference, Soghomonyan and his lawyer said the ministry's statements on the revelation of stafilakok bacteria in milk are groundless.
According to Boris Soghomonyan, the company has presented their milk to the laboratory of the Ministry of Health, and the latter has denied the presence of stafilakok.
We remind that the head of the state food safety service at the RA Ministry of Agriculture had taken the decision on suspending ASB Soft Ltd's production "in order to exclude the issuing of dangerous products".
Administrative proceedings are underway, and the company has been assigned to eliminate the flaws within a limited timeframe.
