Decorations underway for Yerevan Christmas Tree
The main Christmas tree of Armenia, which is being installed at Republic Square in Yerevan, will be finished in mid-December.
Tigran Yeghiazaryan, a senior employee at the Yerevan Municipality, has been in charge for the decoration of Christmas tree for a few years.
Talking to A1+, he confessed that every year he experiences different feelings.
"Everything starts during the decoration; we are the first to feel the breath of the new year," he said.
Every year Tigran and his colleagues make a wish when hanging toys on the Christmas tree.
"Like children, we strongly believe that our wishes will come true in the coming year," said the municipality employee.
