Ministry building catches fire/updated/
A fire broke out in the premises of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources in downtown Yerevan about an hour ago.
Two fire brigades left for the site shortly afterwards.
Major Tonoyan, head of the firefighting brigade, told A1+ that they had received the alarm signal at 8:24p.m. and arrived at the scene at 6:28 p.m.
"Only a bookshelf with files and document cases and ta wooden partition of 3 square meters got burnt in the fire," he said.
He did not know whether the folders contained important documents of or not.
