To appeal or not to appeal?
Businesswoman Silva Hambardzumyan says only after consulting with her lawyer will she decide on whether she will appeal the decision of the Special Investigative Service or not.
We remind that the SIS has quashed the case in relation to the incident that took place during a meeting with Governor of Syunik province Surik Khachatryan at Armenia-Marriot Hotel on November 14.
Hambardzumyan told "A1+" that her lawyer had visited the Special Investigative Service to receive the decision on the quashing of the criminal case.
"After my lawyer returns, I will consult with him and we will decide on whether we will appeal the decision or not," Hambardzumyan said.
We mention that according to the SIS's press release, it has been confirmed that Surik Khachatryan had slapped Silva Hambardzumyan. The Syunik governor has repented for what he has done.
