Celebrate the year with shining cups
This year, people should celebrate the New Year with shining crystal cups, golden silverware and elegant clothes.
"The Dragon is the patron of wealth. The shinier the silverware is, the better," member of the Armenian Fashion Council, designer Lilit Margaryan today mentioned during a press conference.
The Dragon's favorite colors are red and green. The designer also informed about the color and form of clothes to wear on New Year's Eve.
Margaryan advised those born under the sign of Dragon to wear yellow and gold color clothes and said the important thing was to be in a good mood.
According to Margaryan, the style in 2012 will be the 70s style, meaning that we will take out the old clothes with roses and chrysanthems that used to fall down below our knees.
The shades of green, turquoise, faded yellow and lemon color will be in style in spring and summer 2012, while shades of chocolate color, cinnamon, caramel and honey will be in style for the fall and winter.
As for men, gray will be preferable this year as well. Men are advised to wear tight suits.
Lilit Margaryan also said if she were to design the city, she would suggest special solutions. "It seems as though there are many white Christmas trees and homes. We could have used other colors," she said.
Margaryan says it would be better, if there were images reminding people of the New Year and the old clothes of Santa Clauses were replaced with new ones.
